Miami Heat president Pat Riley said he believes forward Chris Bosh's career with the Heat is over because of blood clots that have sidelined the All-Star the past two seasons.
"We are not working toward his return," Riley told reporters on Monday.
Heat doctors last week did not clear Bosh to return, and in a video statement, Bosh called it a small setback.
"Little setbacks happen but that doesn't change my intentions or what I want to accomplish," Bosh said.
