Kevin Durant: Thunder not content with 1-1 series tie with Warriors

The Oklahoma City Thunder are headed back home after splitting the first two games of their Western Conference finals series against the Golden State Warriors this week.
You would think that winning one of two games and taking away the Warriors' home court advantage with a win at Oracle Arena — a place where Golden State has lost just three times all year — should be looked at as a positive, right?
Wrong.
After the Thunder's 118-91 loss in Game 2 on Wednesday night, Oklahoma City superstar forward Kevin Durant didn't consider the 1-1 series mark any sort of victory.
"We're upset," Durant, who led all scorers with 29 points in Game 2, said. "Guys in the locker room, we weren't happy because we only won just one game. We were upset that we didn't play well tonight and get the second one."
Durant scored 23 first half points, but scored just six in the second and committed eight of the Thunder's 15 turnovers, the most since his nine-turnover game in a loss to the Warriors back in March.
With the series headed back to Oklahoma City, Durant knows that his team's toughest test is yet to come.
"We're going home, and we can't relax," Durant said. "At home you tend to let your guard down a bit because you're at home and you think you're going to win, but we've got to come out here and play. We've got to play our brand of basketball even better than what we did when we were in Oakland. It's a good opportunity for us, you've gotta take advantage of it."
The two teams will have a three-day break before Sunday night's Game 3 (8 p.m. ET on TNT).
