John Wall shocked by Celtics fans' vulgar Kelly Oubre chants

Washington Wizards guard John Wall said he and his teammates tried to prepare Kelly Oubre Jr. for a hostile crowd in Game 5 in Boston. Coach Scott Brooks even warned Oubre to wear earplugs.
But the vulgarity of the passionate Celtics fans still caught Wall by surprise.
Echoing chants of “We want Oubre!” at TD Garden eventually turned into “(Expletive) you Oubre!” on the game's TNT broadcast.
“We didn’t think it would be those type of words,” Wall told reporters on Wednesday night after the Wizards lost to the Celtics, 123-101, to fall behind 3-2 in the Eastern Conference semifinal series. “But all you can do is go out there and play basketball. We’re his brothers. We stick behind him."
Oubre was back in action for Game 5 after missing Game 4 with a suspension for knocking Celtics big man Kelly Olynyk to the floor with a forearm to the chest in Game 3.
“I still hear my name ringing in my head because that’s all I heard when I was on the court,” Oubre told The Washington Post.
"I mean, that was definitely expected. I wasn't really surprised with anything that I heard. Just the amount of people yelling my name, just singling me out is crazy. But it's definitely a blessing to be in this position. Monday, I want to get back here — we have to get back here — so we have to take care of business at home and get back here so I can hear my name some more. That's the goal, and that's what we got to do."
Washington fans booed Olynyk every time he touched the ball in Game 4.
