Wizards' Bradley Beal exits game with leg injury
Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal exited Friday's 120-98 loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves with an injury to his left leg.
He was carried off the court by teammates Jan Vesely and Trevor Ariza. X-rays on Beal's leg were negative and he will have an MRI exam Saturday, the team announced on Twitter.
Beal missed 10 games in November and December with a stress injury to his right leg. He was averaging 19.6 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.0 assists a game in his second NBA season.
The Wizards are 12-23 without Beal over the past two seasons.
