No. 10 Louisville cruises over Seton Hall 79-61

The University of Louisville used a 17-2 run midway through the first half to grab a double digit lead it never relinquished in its 79-61 victory over Seton Hall Saturday at the KFC Yum! Center.

The No. 10 Cardinals (22-5, 10-4 Big East) got a boost that was anything but questionable from Luke Hancock. The junior did not practice on Friday due to a right shoulder injury and coach Rick Pitino was unsure of his status.

Hancock entered when Wayne Blackshear picked up his second foul eight minutes into the game. Hancock made all four of his shots including three 3-pointers and finished with 13 points.

U of L center Gorgui Dieng wasn't perfect from the field like Hancock, but he was just one off. Dieng consistently hit mid-range jumpers and went 10 of 11 shooting for 23 points.

Louisville native Aaron Cosby, who attended Manual and Jeffersontown high schools before going to a prep school in Massachusetts, had 17 points to lead Seton Hall.
