At the worst point in the game for the Eastern Illinois Panthers, they trailed by 27 points with 11:30 to play.

All that mattered was that they led by three when the final horn sounded.

Eastern Illinois' Josiah Wallace drilled a deep 3-pointer with 0.4 seconds remaining to give the Panthers a 63-60 victory for one of the more dramatic wins in college basketball this season.

The Panthers (13-14) are the seventh team in Division I history to overcome a deficit of 27 points or more and win, per ESPN

Murray State (19-8) led by 15 with less than four minutes to go when the Panthers reeled of a 23-5 run to end the game. During that stretch, Eastern Illinois made all eight of their shots.

Three 3-pointers in the final minute — Wallace's the exclamation point — pushed the Panthers past the Racers.
