NCAA Tournament on Tuesday: Matchups, TV, streaming and odds for March Madness' opening games

The men's NCAA Tournament officially kicks off March Madness on Tuesday with the First Four round of games.
The First Four is not technically the First Round — that will start on Thursday. Instead, the First Four is a set of four play-in games that have been part of the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament since the field was expanded to 68 teams in 2011. The teams that participate in the First Four are the the four lowest-seeded automatic qualifiers and the four lowest-seeded at-large teams. Each subset plays against each other.
This year, in the men's tournament, the four games of the First Four games are No. 16 seeds Texas Southern against No. 16 Texas A&M-Corpus Christi; No. 16 Wright State against No. 16 Bryant; No. 11 Rutgers against No. 11 Notre Dame and No. 12 Wyoming against No. 12 Indiana.
