Fresh off a win over Georgetown, the Huskies (19-9, 11-6 in Big East) travel across Route 6 to Providence, Rhode Island to face Providence (12-16, 6-11) at noon ET at Amica Mutual Pavilion.
It's the second meeting of the season between the Huskies and the Friars, with UConn taking the earlier meeting 87-84 at Gampel Pavilion in Storrs, Connecticut.
Winners of three of their last five, the Huskies have been one of the more streaky teams in the Big East of late and find themselves entering Saturday near the bubble of the NCAA Tournament as a 9-seed.
