The First Four is great, but it's merely an appetizer, something to make us salivate at the impending non-stop action that is March Madness. The men's NCAA Tournament is one of the most exciting times of year for sports fans across the country, but trying to predict what will happen is like trying to pick out a specific grain of sand on a beach.
That said, there is still merit in making predictions each year. Sure, a perfect bracket may never be achieved as long as human civilization stands, but it's still very impressive and very possible to correctly pick the entirety of the Final Four or the eventual champion.
