Men's Big Ten tournament 2025: Schedule, bracket, how to watch, stream games

The Big Ten is projected to send several teams to the men's NCAA Tournament. As the conference tournament begins, those teams have an opportunity to make a case for a high seed or solidify their spots in the Big Dance.
Just like the SEC, plenty of Big Ten teams could be in the top 16 seeds of the March Madness bracket, and teams are trying to get a leg up on one another with strong runs in Indianapolis. That includes Michigan State and Michigan, but there's also some teams capable of making Final Four runs like Maryland, Wisconsin and last year's national runner-up Purdue.
On the other side, the weekend will be the determining factor of whether some teams even make the NCAA Tournament. Indiana and Ohio State cannot afford early losses, making this year's conference tournament one to watch from the first round all the way to the championship – just before the bracket is revealed on Selection Sunday.
When is the Big Ten tournament?
The men's Big Ten basketball tournament will be played from Wednesday, March 12-Sunday, March 16. Although there are 18 teams in the conference, only the top 15 make the conference tournament.
The top four teams get a double-bye, and teams No. 5-9 in the standings do not play in the first round. The tournament will be played at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.
