Arizona men's basketball team took Ubers from Indianapolis to Illinois after diverted flight caused by severe weather

The Arizona men's basketball team took Ubers to get from Indianapolis to the University of Illinois for Saturday's game after bad weather and low visibility diverted their flight.
The eighth-ranked Wildcats (8-0) were scheduled to take on the Fighting Illini (7-2) Saturday at 5 p.m. ET.
The Wildcats' plane was scheduled to land in Champaign, Illinois on Friday night but instead landed in Indianapolis. Parts of Illinois dealt with tornado warnings, high-winds and severe rain throughout the day like much of the Midwest Friday and early Saturday.
Players and coaches rode Ubers to Illinois instead of waiting two hours for team buses to arrive. Ubers from the Indianapolis International Airport to Champaign cost over $100, according to the website.
Officials reported fatalities just two hours away from Champaign Friday after severe weather tore through an Amazon facility.
