OVERVIEW: This conference tournament will be a three team race between IPFW, South Dakota State and Omaha as none of the three of them have dominated conference play. IPFW is tied with South Dakota State as the leaders of the conference because of their high scoring-offense (80.5 ppg), but Omaha has the scoring ability to beat them in a shootout (84.9 ppg) thanks to Devin Patterson and Jake White who both score more than 17 per game. South Dakota State has history and experience on its side, winning this tournament twice in the past four years.
