Fight breaks out at end of Jackson State-Prairie View A&M game

The ending of the Prairie View A&M-Jackson State game had already been chippy, with Jackson State forward Jayveous McKinnis receiving a technical foul with 26 seconds remaining in the game Monday night for fouling too aggressively.
Tensions remained high in the handshake line following Prairie View's 70-61 victory, as Jackson State's Dontelius Ross took exception with something Panthers guard Darius Williams said or did during their postgame exchange. Ross tried to confront Williams and charged at him, but security officials and police officers on the scene, including some coaches and teammates, kept the two from engaging.
The action appeared to calm down, but another commotion was taking place on the other side of the court, as Jackson State senior Khalil Spencer charged toward some Prairie View A&M players walking off the floor.
Once again, order was quickly restored.
