Bowl projections: Major shuffling after weekend of upsets
Three losses among top 10 teams and one impressive performance have caused major changes in this week's bowl projections.
Oregon moves into the BCS title game against Alabama after handling Washington. The move by the Ducks was solidified while Pac-12 North rival Stanford fell to Utah.
That loss by the Cardinal moves it completely out of the BCS bowl picture. But it's not the only team to suffer that fate. Oklahoma and Georgia were both upset and now are looking at less-desirable postseason destinations.
Those stumbles allow UCLA, Baylor and LSU to move into those coveted spots.
That's how the picture looks today. Much will change in the future to cause reshuffling. Also keep in mind, some conferences may not be able to fulfill their allotment. An asterisk indicates a school has filled a vacant spot.
Editor's note: Ohio State was inadvertently omitted in these projections. The school has since been added.
