Missouri vs. Texas A&M: Predictions, odds and how to watch Saturday
Week 6 of the college football season will feature a must-see clash between the undefeated Missouri Tigers and the one-loss Texas A&M Aggies on Saturday.
The Tigers improved their record to 4-0 with a hard-fought 30-27 double overtime victory against the Vanderbilt Commodores in Week 5. Missouri's kicker, Blake Craig, sealed the win with a 37-yard field goal. Quarterback Brady Cook started slowly but rallied to complete 23-of-37 passes for 226 yards and two touchdowns.
The Aggies have resolved the issues they faced in a season-opening 23-13 loss to Notre Dame and have bounced back with a four-game win streak, including a recent 21-17 victory against Arkansas. Quarterback Marcel Reed played a key role in the Aggies' success, throwing for 163 yards and two touchdowns, as well as scoring one on the ground. This win marked the 12th time the Aggies have defeated the Razorbacks.
Now, the Tigers will face a tough test against the Aggies in Week 6.

Sports Illustrated: Texas A&M 27, Missouri 24
Staff writes: "Missouri has the talent edge on the offensive side of the ball, boasting the more productive quarterback-receiver pairing, and presents a challenge to the Aggies in the defensive front. But while Missouri’s receivers have the juice to get behind some of A&M’s secondary defenders, Cook will be under serious pressure on something like half his throws, which will have a progressively negative effect on the Tigers’ ability to control the tempo offensively on the road. A&M has a little more talent on the lines, a mobile quarterback who can spice up the offense with some effective gainers, and enough of a rushing threat to menace Mizzou in the trenches."
College Football News: Texas A&M 26, Missouri 23
Pete Fiutak writes: "Missouri getting two weeks off should matter. It had to battle back to get by Boston College and had way too much of a fight against Vanderbilt, but the fantastic defense should have a little extra boost in this. But the Texas A&M lines will be better. It won’t be a game full of explosion. The Aggies will hold their own on third downs defensively, Mizzou will turn it over twice in key situations, and they’ll hold up in a great fight."
Winners and Whiners: Texas A&M Aggies
Mark Ruelle writes: "Missouri has benefitted from a very favorable schedule thus far with all four games at home and only a game with Boston College featuring a ranked opponent. This is a huge step-up in a road game at this venue. A&M's ability to convert in the red zone will be huge and their improved defensive front will cause problems for the Missouri offense, especially with the crowd noise."
