Following losses by both programs last week, neither the Utes (4-7, 1-7 in Big 12 play) nor the Knights (4-7, 2-6) will be bowl eligible this year. UCF fell 31-21 to West Virginia, while Utah is coming off a 31-28 loss to No. 21 Iowa State.
