Cardale Jones, on Twitter, demotes himself, then changes it again
Cardale Jones demoted himself to third string quarterback for Ohio State.
No, wait, second string. At least that's how Jones characterized it in his Twitter profile.
Jones started the first three games this season, after coming on for injured J.T. Barrett late in the season to lead the Buckeyes to the national championship.
But on Saturday, in a 20-13 win against Northern Illinois, Jones started slow with two interceptions and was pulled for Barrett in the second quarter.
So, has he been demoted? Head coach Urban Meyer hasn't gone there yet.
“Good question," Meyer said when asked who would start next week against Western Michigan. "And I don’t know that right now. I haven’t had time to think about it.”
Jones went back to Twitter to point out to everyone that his Twitter bio had not been changed "for days."
Then, he changed it again.
