Overall No. 1 seed and undefeated South Carolina starts its bid for a third championship in the past seven women's NCAA tournaments Friday.

The Gamecocks will tip off against Presbyterian, which advanced out of the First Four by defeating Sacred Heart.

Among other key matchups Friday, No. 1 seed Texas, Stanford and defending champion LSU, with Angel Reese, will take the court.

The first of 16 games tips at 11:30 a.m. with No. 8 North Carolina taking on No. 9 Michigan State.
