Two of the top teams in women's college basketball will battle for first place in the Big Ten on Saturday — and bragging rights for who owns the Los Angeles-based rivalry.
JuJu Watkins and No. 4 USC (25-2, 16-1 in Big Ten) will take on Lauren Betts and No. 3 UCLA (28-1, 16-1) on Saturday at 9 p.m. ET inside Pauley Pavilion, one of college basketball's historic venues, for their regular-season finale.
With both teams tied for first place in the Big Ten, the winner of Saturday's game will be awarded the No. 1 seed in the Big Ten Women's Tournament, which will take place at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis from March 5-9.

When these two teams squared off a few weeks ago at the Galen Center, UCLA and USC put together one of the best games in women's college basketball this season, which ended with the Trojans handing the Bruins their only loss of the season. In that 71-60 win, Watkins finished just shy of recording a triple-double with 38 points, 11 rebounds, a career-high eight blocks and five assists.
UCLA is coming off a 2-0 road trip to the Midwest, where it picked up wins against Iowa and Wisconsin. Betts led UCLA in its 30-point win over Wisconsin on Wednesday with 26 points and 10 rebounds, her 14th game this season that she finished with at least 20 points in.
ESPN bracketologist Charlie Creme currently has UCLA projected as the top overall seed in the NCAA Women's Tournament entering Saturday's game, while he has USC projected as a No. 2 seed in March Madness.
