Power ranking Women's March Madness bracket teams based on odds

March Madness is taking over the sports calendar. The field of 68 for the 2025 women's NCAA Tournament has been finalized and the madness of March is in full gear, with South Carolina, USC, Texas and UCLA all receiving nods as No. 1 seeds.
The question now is who is going to win it all on Sunday, April 6 at Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida?
According to oddsmakers, including BetMGM, Dawn Staley and South Carolina women's basketball are expected to win it all, becoming the first program to win consecutive titles since Geno Auriemma and UConn went back-to-back from 2013-2016.
But as the regular season showed, the depth in the field of 68 is deep and several other teams could give South Carolina a run for its money.
Behind the Gamecocks are Auriemma's Huskies, who — led by Paige Bueckers — have peaked over the last month of the women's college basketball season. UConn was given a No. 2 seed during the Selection Sunday bracket reveal show on Sunday, its seventh time being slotted on the 2-seed of the bracket.
Then there is Lauren Betts and UCLA, the top overall seed for the women's NCAA Tournament, thanks to the Bruins' win over JuJu Watkins and USC in the Big Ten championship game. Other legitimate contenders for a national championship in women's basketball include USC, Texas and Notre Dame.
Here's a power ranking of all teams in the 2025 women's NCAA Tournament, based on their odds to win it:
