2025 WBIT updated bracket, TV schedule, dates for women's basketball tournament

As the women's NCAA Tournament heads into the Sweet 16 this weekend, another one of women's college basketball's marquee postseason tournaments is already in the quarterfinals of the WBIT.
And by the time the first Sweet 16 game tips off on Friday, the Women's Basketball Invitation Tournament (WBIT) will have its Final Four already set for the semifinals at Hinkle Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
Thursday's quarterfinals slate two Power 4-level conference programs in No. 3 seed Florida and Texas Tech at 6 p.m. ET in Gainesville, Florida.
Others competing for a spot in the semifinals include No. 1 seed James Madison, No. 2 seed Minnesota, No. 3 seed Belmont, No. 4 seeds Gonzaga and Villanova and Portland. The Pilots, who won a share of the WCC regular season title this year, is the only true "Cinderella team" left in the tournament, as Portland did not receive one of the top 16 "exempt" seeds in the 32-team field.
The Wildcats, who knocked off Big 5 foe and No. 1 seed SJU in the second round, are looking to make their second consecutive trip to Indianapolis for the WBIT semifinals. Denise Dillion's squad finished as the national runner-up in last year's inaugural WBIT.
So who will be heading to Indianapolis to play for a championship trophy?
