Brat'chos to veggie burgers on Lambeau menu
GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) — With the Green Bay Packers regular season home opener just around the corner, concessionaires at Lambeau Field want to make sure fans know about some new offerings.
The Packers and Delaware North Companies Sportservice say some of the new sandwiches this season include the 22-inch horseshoe-shaped smoked sausage in a house-made bun. It's topped with sauerkraut and drizzled with a beer cheese sauce.
And there's another new sausage offering — brat'chos. Sliced bratwurst, potato chips, sauerkraut, jalapenos, sour cream with beer cheese sauce are served up in a bucket.
WBAY-TV (http://bit.ly/1tKPehR ) says the new concessions on the lighter side of the menu include chicken and veggie burgers and a broccoli and cheese baked potato with low-fat sour cream.
