The New England Patriots-Indianapolis Colts rivalry never seems to take a day off.
First, on Sunday came the interesting nugget that the Patriots had longtime Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne in for a visit and a physical.
And Monday, ESPN is reporting the Patriots have signed Wayne to a one-year deal.
The Colts decided in March to not re-sign Wayne, who spent 14 seasons with the team,
Wayne has 1,070 receptions for 14,345 yards and 82 touchdowns in the regular season. He e has 93 catches for 1,254 yards and nine touchdowns in playoff games.
