NFL Week 13 injuries: Vikings' Harrison Smith, Anthony Barr hurt


The Minnesota Vikings were without two of their top defenders for much of Sunday's 38-7 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Linebacker Anthony Barr (groin) and safety Harrison Smith (left hamstring) were both forced from action in the first half. Each had been listed as questionable entering the game, with Barr aggravating an earlier injury.

The Vikings gave up 433 total yards on the day.

In other injury news Sunday:

- Cleveland Browns WR Travis Benjamin suffered a shoulder injury and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

- Buffalo Bills RB LeSean McCoy briefly left Sunday's game to undergo concussion protocol but later returned to action. Bills CB Stephon Gilmore suffered a shoulder injury and said he would get an MRI on Monday.

- St. Louis Rams CB Janoris Jenkins was ruled out with a concussion after he collided with teammate Mark Barron. He also was checked for a concussion earlier in the game after a similar incident with teammate T.J. McDonald.

- Denver Broncos RB C.J. Anderson (ankle) and TE Vernon Davis (concussion) left Sunday's game and did not return.

- Kansas City Chiefs DE Mike DeVito suffered a concussion.
