Sunday injuries: Brady will start for Patriots, despite missing Friday practice

An early look at Sunday injury picture, according to reports around the league:

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady will start, despite missing practice Friday due to illness. He had been listed as questionable against the Tennessee Titans. Brady hasn't missed a start in seven years.

In other Patriots injury news, wideout Julian Edelman is inactive as he continues the road back from foot surgery. Tight end Rob Gronkowski missed Friday's practice for personal reasons but is expected to play. Safety Devin McCourty is out.

- Cincinnati Bengals TE Tyler Eifert's concussion has ruled him out of the game against the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday. Eifert, who's tied for the NFL lead with 12 touchdown receptions, will miss his second game in three weeks after recently dealing with a neck injury as well.

- As expected, Indianapolis Colts QB Matt Hasselbeck will start against the Houston Texans despite his rib injuries.

-  Redskins Wr DeSean Jackson will play, despite not practicing most of the week.
