Weeden joined Tommy Maddox as the only first-round picks to throw touchdown passes for three teams in their first four seasons. … With QB Marcus Mariota out (knee), the Titans will turn to Zach Mettenberger, who is 0-8 (and 0-3 vs. the Texans) in his two NFL seasons. … Tennessee has allowed 34 points a game over its last three.

Story lines: The Seahawks, winners of five straight, have secured a wild-card spot but can’t do better than the NFC’s fifth seed. Still, that would bring a date against the lowly NFC East champion. Seattle has gone 27-5 in November and December games since 2012. … Rams DT Aaron Donald sacked Seahawks QB Russell Wilson twice in St. Louis’ Week 1 win. … Seahawks WR Doug Baldwin’s 10 TD catches in four games give him 13 for the season, matching the franchise record. … This will be St. Louis RB Todd Gurley’s first game against Seattle and its third-ranked rush defense.
NEW YORK GIANTS (6-8) AT MINNESOTA VIKINGS (9-5)

Story lines: The Vikings are virtually assured of a playoff spot but a win would guarantee one. The Giants still have a shot at the NFC East but will not have the services of WR Odell Beckham Jr., whose one-game suspension for his actions against the Panthers in Week 15 was upheld Wednesday. … New York ranks last in the league in total defense, pass defense and third-down percentage allowed. … Even with NFL rushing leader Adrian Peterson limited by an ankle injury that has kept him out of practice this week, the Vikings rushed for 129 yards. QB Teddy Bridgewater also threw four TD passes, doubling his previous career high.
CINCINNATI BENGALS (11-3) AT DENVER BRONCOS (10-4)

Story lines: In a battle of backup quarterbacks, Brock Osweiler and the Broncos need a win to keep their hopes alive for an AFC West championship and shot at a playoff bye. However that bye and the AFC North – plus extra healing time for QB Andy Dalton (broken thumb) – will belong to the Bengals if AJ McCarron and Co. can pull off the franchise’s first win in Denver since 1975. … Despite getting scorched by Steelers QB Ben Roethlisberger for 380 yards and three TDs in Sunday’s loss, the Broncos are still the NFL’s No. 1-rated pass defense. And with McCarron under center, Bengals WR A.J. Green banged up and TE Tyler Eifert still dealing with a concussion, Denver will likely see a lot of RBs Jeremy Hill and Gio Bernard on the ground.
