The New York Jets were the lone the NFL franchise not to gain value over the last year, according to estimates published by Forbes on Monday.

Paced by the Dallas Cowboys at an estimated franchise worth of $4.8 billion, the average franchise value for NFL teams was $2.5 billion, an 8% increase over Forbes’ 2016 estimates. The Jets, like their on-field performance, remained unchanged with an estimated value of $2.75 billion.

The New England Patriots ($3.7 billion), New York Giants ($3.3 billion), Washington Redskins ($3.1 billion) and San Francisco 49ers ($3 billion) rounded out the top five most valuable franchises. The Cowboys were the most valuable team in the NFL for the 11th year in a row.

All but five NFL teams had an estimated value north of $2 billion: The Tampa Bay Buccaneers ($1.975 billion), Cleveland Browns ($1.95 billion), Cincinnati Bengals ($1.8 billion), Detroit Lions ($1.7 billion) and Buffalo Bills ($1.6 billion).

Driven by massive television deals, the NFL generates about $3.2 billion in league-wide income annually. Forbes reported that figure is $500 million more than the total earnings of teams in the NBA, MLB and NHL.
