Seems the Raiders might be fed up with the Antonio Brown experience
There's seemingly no end to the madness.
Just four short days ago, Antonio Brown was on the State Farm Stadium field ahead of the Oakland Raiders' preseason game against the Arizona Cardinals. Brown went through a pregame workout, running routes and catching passes from quarterback Derek Carr.
It seemed like a very positive step toward Brown's return to normal football activities.
Well ... not so much.
On Saturday, Brown — who is recovering from a nasty experience in a cryotherapy machine — went through a walkthrough, and there was genuine optimism that the wide receiver would be available to play in the team's regular-season opener on "Monday Night Football" against the Denver Broncos on Sept. 9.
But on Sunday, Brown was nowhere to be found at Raiders practice. He's still angry about the helmet issue. It seems that this saga has hit a boiling point for the Raiders. General manager Mike Mayock chastised the mercurial receiver: "So from our perspective, it's time for him to be all in or all out."
We'll certainly be tuned into the next "Hard Knocks" to see behind the scenes on how this situation is handled.

- Jason Witten on return: 'The jitters were real': Witten is 37 years old and is set to enter his 16th season in the league after a season away from the game while working as an analyst for "Monday Night Football."
