The NFL didn't miss a beat with its offseason schedule while all other sports were on hiatus due to the novel coronavirus this week. In case you missed it somehow, the NFL's week put the "frenzy" in free-agency frenzy.
Here's a (very) brief recap of a wild few days in the NFL:
- DeAndre Hopkins was traded to the Arizona Cardinals.
- Philip Rivers agreed to sign with the Indianapolis Colts.
- Teddy Bridgewater agreed to sign with the Carolina Panthers.
- Cam Newton got permission by the Carolina Panthers to seek a trade.
- Marcus Mariota agreed to sign with the Las Vegas Raiders.
- Nick Foles was traded to the Chicago Bears.
- Todd Gurley was released by the Los Angeles Rams.
- Amari Cooper re-signed with the Dallas Cowboys.
- Oh ... and there was development with Tom Brady 🤣.
- Jameis Winston? He's still waiting, but here's one team that could revive his career.
