NFL draft drama? There could be plenty on tap this year

The 2020 NFL draft is next week. While we know the event will be taking place virtually given restrictions implemented in light of the coronavirus pandemic, there's still significant uncertainty in exactly how the event will be carried out.

The setup, in which coaches and general managers must work from their own homes, is new territory for all of the league's 32 teams. The prospects, too, will also have a unique draft-day experience, as 58 will participate remotely rather than receive the traditional handshake from commissioner Roger Goodell. And Baltimore Ravens coach John Harbaugh has already expressed a concern over potential security breaches.

It's all part of what could be a landmark NFL draft that's heavy on drama, with the potential for plenty of intrigue following the first two Round 1 selections.
