Kansas City Chiefs (10-1, vs. Denver [4-7], Sunday, 8:20 PM ET)

Clinch AFC West division title with:

1. Chiefs win + Raiders loss or tie

2. Chiefs tie + Raiders loss

Clinch playoff berth with:

1. Chiefs win

2. Chiefs tie + Ravens loss or tie + Colts loss 

3. Chiefs tie + Raiders tie + Ravens loss or tie + Colts tie 

4. Chiefs tie + Raiders tie + Dolphins loss + Colts loss or tie 

5. Chiefs tie + Raiders tie + Dolphins loss + Ravens loss or tie

6. Chiefs tie + Dolphins loss + Ravens loss or tie + Colts tie

7. Raiders loss + Ravens loss + Colts loss

Pittsburgh Steelers (11-0, vs. Washington [4-7], Monday, 5 PM ET)

Clinch AFC North division title with:

1. Steelers win + Browns loss + Steelers clinch strength of victory tiebreaker over Browns

Clinch at least a tie in strength of victory tiebreaker if:

1. Ravens, Broncos, Texans, Raiders and Dolphins all win

2. Four of Ravens, Broncos, Texans, Raiders and Dolphins + one team ties​

Clinch playoff berth with:

1. Steelers win or tie
