NFL COVID-19 update: Giants offensive coordinator Jason Garrett tests positive for COVID-19, CB James Bradberry quarantining

New York Giants offensive coordinator Jason Garrett has tested positive for COVID-19, the team announced Thursday.
The team canceled practice "out of an abundance of caution."
Garrett will continue to work remotely.
Later in the day, the Giants also revealed that starting cornerback James Bradberry had been placed on the reserve/COVID-19 list "because he was deemed to be a high risk close contact of an individual who has tested positive. The contact did not occur at the Giants facility and the individual is not a member of the organization."
Bradberry will not play Sunday night against Cleveland.
Tight Ends coach Freddie Kitchens will be in charge of calling plays against the Browns, the team he most recently served as head coach.
The Browns fired the then-rookie head coach in 2019 after a 6-10 season, making him the 11th coach since 2000 to last only one year with an organization.
