Wade Law is a firm in Carmel, Indiana made up of die-hard Colts fans. They're making their pitch to recruit Aaron Rodgers to Indianapolis — with a giant billboard outside the Indiana State Fairgrounds.

The digital billboard, which says #IndyWantsRodgers and features a Colts jersey with Rodgers' name on the back, went up Thursday.

"We have an amazing city, and we think that the best players in the league should want to play for the Colts," said Joseph Wade, Wade Law's founding attorney. "The better the Colts are, I think the better the city is. (Rodgers has) said he wants to be with a team that doesn't need to rebuild. Well, we have that team."

Rodgers led the Green Bay Packers to the top seed in the NFC, throwing for 4,115 yards and 37 touchdowns. His future is uncertain. He could return to the Packers, retire or be traded to another team.

"Other teams around the league are making their play for it," Wade said. "I figured maybe we can make it go viral and see if he would consider Indianapolis."

The 10-time Pro Bowler made just as many headlines this season for his off-field comments as for what he did on the field. Prior to the season, Rodgers said he was "immunized" — then tested positive for COVID-19 and followed protocols for unvaccinated players.

After entering the league's COVID protocols, he appeared on the Pat McAfee Show and said he was in the "crosshairs of the woke mob".

After the Packers' season-ending loss to San Francisco, Rodgers told McAfee, "I don't want to be a politicized person." He said he doesn't believe the "mainstream narrative" on COVID.

Wade said "he couldn't care less" about Rodgers' "political opinions."

"I don't care about misinformation or anything that people claim he's spreading," he said. "I don't care about his political views. I care about what he does on the field. He's likely going to be the MVP for 2021, and hopefully, he can come to Indianapolis and be the MVP for 2022."

Rodgers has said he will announce a decision on his future by late February — and maybe on McAfee's show. Wade said the billboard will be up for at least a month.
