To kick off their 2022 NFL regular season, Brian Daboll's New York Giants will take a trip to Tennessee to take on Derrick Henry and the Titans.

The Titans and head coach Mike Vrabel will look to run it back after securing the No. 1 seed in the AFC playoffs last season behind Henry and veteran quarterback Ryan Tannehill. Meanwhile, Daboll arrives in New York to find a team seeking its identity. Which team is more likely to win its division in 2022?

Here's a look at the betting details and Paste BN's NFL staff picks for the Giants vs. Titans game:

Lorenzo Reyes: Titans 29, Giants 14

While I think Tennessee may slide this season, the Giants simply have too many holes to compete with the Titans. And since Derrick Henry is healthy and the most difficult running back in the NFL to bring down, I’m expecting Tennessee to control the ball throughout the game.

Safid Deen: Titans 21, Giants 16

Derrick Henry is back, Ryan Tannehill is fighting for his job every week, and the Titans will be poised to get back to the playoffs after an early exit last season. The Giants’ rebuild is underway with new coach Brian Daboll, but it won’t start with a Week 1 win.

Lance Pugmire: Titans 23, Giants 20

The return of Daniel Jones, a new coach and a preseason injury to New York’s top pick shouldn’t inspire confidence. So why are the returning AFC top-seeded Titans favored by less than a touchdown?

Jarrett Bell: Titans 31, Giants 20

Nate Davis: Titans 24, Giants 20

Tyler Dragon: Titans 21, Giants 16

Parker Gabriel: Titans 24, Giants 17

Mike Jones: Titans 27, Giants 20
