Isaiah McKenzie had a special message after scoring a second-half touchdown during the Buffalo Bills' 31-10 victory over the Los Angeles Rams to kick off the 2022 NFL season Thursday night.

With a group of family and friends watching closely, McKenzie announced the gender of his pregnant sister's baby.

"It's a boy!" he yelled.

A video posted to the Bills' Twitter account Friday showed the family watching the Thursday Night Football game on a big screen, anticipating McKenzie's planned message after the 27-year-old wide receiver caught a seven-yard touchdown pass from quarterback Josh Allen to put Buffalo ahead 17-10 at the 7:59 mark of the third quarter.

The video then shows the group of family and friends erupting in celebration — both for McKenzie's score and gender reveal heard 'round the world.

McKenzie, a six-year NFL veteran, has been with the Bills since 2018 and with his touchdown Thursday equaled his scoring total from last season. McKenzie scored a career-high five touchdowns with the Bills in 2020 but could eclipse that mark with Allen and the Bills this season.
