Already playing one another for the second time in six weeks, Trevor Lawrence and the Jacksonville Jaguars travel to Indianapolis to take on Matt Ryan's Colts in a pivotal AFC South matchup.

The Jaguars (2-3) dominated the Colts in their matchup earlier this season, but will the Colts (2-2-1) even the season series at home? Lawrence, Christian Kirk and the Jaguars are on the heels of a crushing loss to the Houston Texans, while Indianapolis is coming off an ugly win in Denver against the Broncos. The game is set to kick off Sunday at 1 p.m. ET from Lucas Oil Stadium.

Here's a look at the betting details and Paste BN's NFL staff picks for the Jaguars vs. Colts Week 6 game:

Lorenzo Reyes: Jaguars 17, Colts 14

While the Jaguars have struggled over the last two weeks, their early-season success showed they can be competitive. The key is limiting turnovers and putting Trevor Lawrence in a spot to get the ball out quickly. The Colts have so many issues: turnover margin (-6), offensive line (tied for league-high 21 sacks allowed). They may win this game straight up. I don’t think they can cover.

Safid Deen: Jaguars 21, Colts 17

The Jaguars had a frustrating loss to the Texans last week, but Indianapolis has one of the league’s worst offenses. Give me Jacksonville on the road.

Lance Pugmire: Jaguars 20, Colts 17

This is the most unpredictable game on the board as the Jaguars have floundered since their impressive Week 3 triumph at the Chargers and the Colts’ offense – even with this week’s return of Jonathan Taylor – has been a punchline.

Jarrett Bell: Jaguars 20, Colts 19

Nate Davis: Colts 23, Jaguars, 20
