The division heats up with a fresh start in Week 1 of the 2023 season with the Falcons hosting their division rival. The two teams both have offensive rookies that they are hoping will power them to victory.

Atlanta running back Bijan Robinson is carrying the torch for the position, which is seeking to prove its worth in the league. The Panthers' quarterback Bryce Young hopes to take his winning ways from Alabama and carry Carolina to the playoffs for the first time since 2017.
