NFL playoff power rankings: Super Bowl odds for remaining divisional round teams
During the NFL playoffs wild card round, some of the teams that were favored to make it to the Super Bowl, such as the Philadelphia Eagles and Dallas Cowboys, were eliminated. On the other hand, the Detroit Lions, the team considered to be opening-odd Super Bowl underdogs, beat the Los Angeles Rams and advanced to continue their historic journey toward winning multiple playoff games.
Now, the NFL playoffs head into the divisional round with eight teams remaining. This weekend brings another level of entertainment as the Baltimore Ravens and the San Francisco 49ers make their first appearance of the postseason after securing the top seed in their respective conference.

Houston's rookie quarterback, C.J. Stroud, made history by becoming the youngest quarterback to win a playoff game. He led the Texans to victory against the Cleveland Browns with an impressive performance, throwing for 274 yards and three touchdowns. Texans head coach, DeMeco Ryans, praised Stroud for his contribution to the team's success and credited him for their current position in the playoffs. With Stroud's talent, the team's Super Bowl dreams remain very much alive. Now, the Texans will shift their focus to the No. 1-seeded Baltimore Ravens in the divisional round.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers showcased a version of Baker Mayfield that fans haven’t seen since his time at Oklahoma. Mayfield had a spectacular game, throwing for 337 yards and three touchdowns, which led the Buccaneers to a convincing 32-9 victory over the Philadelphia Eagles. The Buccaneers will now travel to Ford Field to face the Detroit Lions in their divisional-round matchup.

In a stunning 48-32 victory over the Dallas Cowboys, Green Bay's quarterback Jordan Love led the Packers with an impressive performance. The Packers will now travel to San Francisco for the divisional round where they will face the top-seed 49ers, who have been well-rested.

The Detroit Lions proved that being labeled as underdogs doesn't faze them. Jared Goff led the team to their first playoff win in 32 years, defeating the Los Angeles Rams 24-23 in an exciting wild card game. The Lions are now set to host the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, which could potentially be the most exciting game of the divisional round weekend.

Despite facing freezing temperatures and broken helmets, Patrick Mahomes managed to lead the Chiefs to a 26-7 victory over the Miami Dolphins, thereby advancing to the divisional round. On Sunday, Mahomes will play his first road playoff game of his career as the Chiefs travel to Highmark Stadium to take on the Buffalo Bills.

In spite of the mountain of snow that fell in Buffalo, Josh Allen and the Bills were unfazed by the weather conditions in their wild-card game against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Allen put up a phenomenal performance, throwing for 203 yards and three touchdown passes, while also scoring a franchise playoff-record 52-yard touchdown run in the 31-17 victory on Monday. Now, the Bills will focus their efforts on eliminating the reigning Super Bowl champions in the divisional round.

The Baltimore Ravens are set to play their first postseason game of the year as they host the Houston Texans. Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson will also play in his first playoff game since 2020 after battling with injury. Jackson sat out Week 18 of the regular season, giving him enough time to rest and prepare for the divisional round game, which is sure to be an exciting and thrilling match.
