The NFL is getting into the Christmas spirit in 2024, and not just by hosting a Christmas Day doubleheader.

The league is getting in on a Christmas tradition like no other – Hallmark movies.

The NFL partnered with Hallmark to help produce one of its many Christmas movies for the 2024 season. "Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story" will debut on Nov. 30 and will feature cameos from Andy Reid, Donna Kelce and other notable Kansas City Chiefs players.

"This holiday season, Hallmark is all about bringing joy to the world,” Hallmark's chief brand officer, Darren Abbott said in a statement. "Our new partnership with the NFL and Chiefs is uniquely designed to do just that — to find universal ways to spread cheer, tell heartwarming stories and build excitement for our treasured hometown brands during this very special time of year."

Both Hallmark and the NFL are starting to build excitement for the movie ahead of its debut. That included a release of the movie trailer on "The Today Show" Thursday morning.

Donna Kelce and Jenna Bush Hager, who plays a sports reporter in the movie, went on "Today" to premier the movie's final trailer.

The plot appears to be simple. It's all about Chiefs superfan Alana (Hunter King), who is trying to win the Fan of the Year Award at Christmastime. She begins to fall for director of fan engagement, Derrick (Tyler Hines), who is judging the contest.

Below is a look at the trailer, which features cameos from Kelce, Reid and even the KC Wolf:

Donna Kelce on 'Holiday Touchdown', Travis Kelce's acting career

Kelce provided further details about her part in the movie as part of her appearance on "Today."

"I am a manager of a barbecue restaurant," she said. Bush Hager described their roles as "brief."

Kelce also admitted she would "probably not" be acting much beyond her small part in this film. However, she did acknowledge that she will appear in another Hallmark Christmas movie "Christmas on Call."

"There's more of a Philly kind of spin on it," Kelce explained of "Christmas on Call."

Kelce shares a connection to Philadelphia thanks to her older son, Jason. He played 13 seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles before retiring after the 2023 campaign.

As such, it makes sense that she'd represent both Jason and Travis, who plays for the Chiefs, in her holiday movie appearances.

And while Donna may not continue acting beyond these two movies, she acknowledged that Travis could continue in that area. He recently played the role of Ed Laclan – a.k.a. "Fast Eddy – on FX's "Grotesquerie" and is set to have parts in upcoming films "Happy Gilmore 2" and "Loose Cannons."

"He's actually having a good time," Donna said of Travis' experiences in acting.

It isn't clear whether Travis will be among the Chiefs players that appear in "Holiday Touchdown."

It also isn't clear how much, if any, inspiration the movie will draw from the public love story between Travis and pop star Taylor Swift, which has captivated NFL fans and Swifties alike since the two went public early in the 2023 season.

Donna was asked whether Swift would at least check out the "Holiday Touchdown" flick when it was released.

"I don't know," Kelce responded. "That's a good question."
