Dora the Explorer roasts Texans QB C.J. Stroud during Nickelodeon broadcast

Houston Texans fans weren't the only ones disappointed by wide receiver John Metchie III's fumble.
Metchie caught, then fumbled a pass from quarterback C.J. Stroud in the first quarter of the Texans' wild card game against the Los Angeles Chargers. On the game's alternate cast on Nickelodeon, Dora the Explorer roasted Stroud for the play.
"Did you see the defensive player?" Dora began. "I guess the quarterback didn't, either."
Her cartoon nemesis, Swiper, the anthropomorphic fox, chimed in with some words of praise for Chargers defenders Alohi Gilman and Derwin James, who forced and recovered the fumble, respectively.
"Now that's how you swipe!" Swiper added.
The Chargers and Texans are facing off in the first NFL playoff game of the year on Saturday. Whichever team wins will be one win away from an appearance in the AFC championship game and two wins away from a Super Bowl 59 appearance.
Fans can watch the game on CBS or Nickelodeon on cable. Streaming options are available on Paramount+ and Fubo.
