The divisional round kicks off on Sunday with the highly anticipated and crucial NFC playoff matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The Eagles' path to the divisional round was marked by a 22-10 victory over the Green Bay Packers. Quarterback Jalen Hurts, who returned to the field after a three-week absence due to a concussion, led the team with confidence. Hurts performance, completing 61.9% of his passes and throwing two touchdowns, was a key factor. However, it was the Eagles' defense that played a crucial role in the victory, with cornerback Quinyon Mitchell sealing the win with an interception in the final two minutes of the game.

The Rams' journey to the divisional round was marked by their exceptional defense in the 27-9 victory against the Minnesota Vikings. They recorded an impressive nine sacks against Vikings quarterback Sam Darnold, tying the record for the most sacks in an NFL playoff game. This defensive strength, combined with quarterback Matthew Stafford's standout performance, completing 70.4% of his passes for 209 yards and two touchdowns, sets the stage for the upcoming matchup.

Here is how to watch the Los Angeles Rams and the Philadelphia Eagles battle it out in a NFC divisional round matchup.

NFC divisional playoffs predictions: Los Angeles Rams vs. Philadelphia Eagles

USA Today: Eagles 28, Rams 23

Tyler Dragon writes: "Eagles star running back Saquon Barkley obliterated the Rams with a career-high 255 rushing yards and two touchdowns in Week 12. The Rams’ No. 1 objective on defense will be to contain Barkley and not let him run wild again, but will they be successful? The Rams defense produced nine sacks vs. the Vikings, which equaled an NFL playoff record. They will face a much tougher test against Philadelphia’s stout offensive line. The Eagles are the most complete team in football. I think Barkley rushes for over 100 yards, Jalen Hurts gets A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith involved in the passing game and the Eagles fly to the NFC championship game. Sean McVay, Matthew Stafford and the Rams won’t go down without a fight, though. Many of the Rams have championship experience."

ESPN: Eagles have a 65% chance to win

According to ESPN's Matchup Predictor, the Philadelphia Eagles have a 65.4% chance to beat the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC divisional round matchup.

Clutch Points: Eagles

RB Hayek writes: "Both the Rams and Eagles covered their respective spreads in the Wildcard Round. During the season, the Rams went 5-3 against the spread on the road, while the Eagles went 5-4 against the odds at home. The Rams are talented, especially after notching nine sacks against the Vikings last week. However, they will be on shorter rest and playing in a cold environment. I think too much favors the Eagles in this game, and a lot will favor the Eagles to cover the spread at home."
