NFL playoff bracket: Updated schedule, full results for conference championships

The 2025 NFL playoffs are entering their final stages. Just three games separate the league from crowning its champion for the 2024 season, and fans will be treated to a couple of familiar matchups in the conference championship game.
First will be a clash between NFC East rivals – the Philadelphia Eagles and Washington Commanders – for the right to represent their conference in the Super Bowl.
The No. 6 seed Commanders have been the big surprise of the 2025 postseason, riding a hot streak from rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels to a road win over the top-seeded Detroit Lions to make Washington's first conference championship game appearance in 33 years.
Meanwhile, Saquon Barkley has powered the Eagles to their second NFC championship appearance in three years with a 205-yard outing against the Los Angeles Rams. That was good for the fifth-most rushing yards in a single game in playoff history, and Nick Sirianni will look to continue feeding the marquee free agent signing to get back to the Super Bowl.
On the AFC side of the bracket, the Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills are facing off for the fourth time in the last five postseasons. Patrick Mahomes and Co. have won the previous three meetings; Josh Allen will be looking to change that history after knocking off the Baltimore Ravens in a tightly contested divisional round matchup.
Here's a look at the NFL's updated playoff bracket, schedule and the results that got the league to this final four combination.
