What is the NFL Sunday playoff schedule? AFC, NFC championship game matchups, TV channels

The NFL's final four is set, but nobody is cutting down the kicking nets after this weekend.
While college basketball's famous tournament is still a couple of months away, there are some similarities between the two brackets.
There are the regulars like the Chiefs, Bills and Eagles. Then there's the Commanders.
Cinderella's slipper fits nicely on the Washington squad. A year removed from winning just four games, the Commanders have danced all the way to championship weekend. The magical ride has brought them to a familiar place – Philadelphia.
It's an NFC East-themed NFC championship game, which serves as the rubber match between these two rivals.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the bracket, the Bills and Chiefs will compete in their seemingly annual playoff showdown, this time a round later than usual. It's quickly become the NFL's version of the "Fast and Furious" movie series with this year's game being the ninth installment of the Patrick Mahomes vs. Josh Allen rivalry.
No matter your preference, there is something for everyone this weekend. Whether you like dynasties, underdog stories or anything in between, the NFL's conference championship round is here to deliver.

Storylines for today's NFL playoff games
- No rookie quarterback has ever started a Super Bowl. They have reached the conference championship games, but this is where the story typically ends. Jayden Daniels isn't your typical rookie, however. He can make history and continue to pen a story usually reserved for Hollywood with a win in Philadelphia.
- Jalen Hurts has appeared noticeably off during the playoffs, specifically in the passing game. After suffering a knee injury last week, it will be necessary to monitor whether his mobility is negatively impacted. Saquon Barkley is undoubtedly carrying the team, which might be enough for this week. However, the Eagles need Hurts to get going if they want to win the Super Bowl in a few weeks.
- Mahomes and Allen are meeting in the playoffs for a fourth time. While Buffalo has a 4-1 record against Kansas City in the regular season, Mahomes' team gets the last laugh in the playoffs. They are 3-0 against the Bills when it really matters in the postseason.
- The Bills are the only team remaining in the playoffs that haven't won a Super Bowl. With a vulnerable Chiefs team and the NFC lacking a true juggernaut, this might be Buffalo's best chance to get the job done.
