Is Jaxson Dart going to throw at the 2025 NFL combine?

Mississippi quarterback Jaxson Dart will try to keep up his positive momentum by throwing at the NFL combine this week.
Dart, who is coming off of a solid performance at the Senior Bowl, has already inflated his draft stock to potential first-round pick status. At the very least, Dart has convinced many analysts to see him as the third-best quarterback in the 2025 class, behind Miami's Cam Ward and Colorado's Shedeur Sanders.
The Ole Miss product will use Saturday's throwing session at the combine as another chance to push his draft stock higher ahead of April's NFL draft. Another good outing at a pre-draft event would all but lock in Dart as a worthy first-round quarterback.
Is Jaxson Dart throwing at the NFL combine?
Tom Pelissero of NFL Network reported in a Monday episode of "Good Morning Football" that Dart will throw at this year's combine. When quarterbacks undergo their on-field testing and drills, the Ole Miss gunslinger will be a participant.
If Dart had opted out of throwing at the combine, he wouldn't have been the only one to do so. Sanders, the Colorado product, has already stated he won't throw in Indianapolis, and Ward, the Miami (FL) quarterback, is still undecided as of Tuesday morning.
Since Dart is throwing, he'll have a chance to further boost his draft stock during a pre-draft process that has already included a strong outing at the Senior Bowl. Should he continue to impress at the combine, Dart can cement himself as the second or third-best quarterback prospect in the 2025 draft class.
