The salary cap went up yet again in 2025, meaning teams had more room to pay their best players.

Several players around the league have already taken advantage of the higher cap ceiling with new deals.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen signed a new contract extension for six years and $330 million with a new NFL record $250 million guaranteed in early March. Bengals wide receivers Tee Higgins and Ja'Marr Chase have landed massive new contracts as well.

With a few changes in player contracts already finalized this offseason, here's an updated look at the current list of highest-paid NFL players in 2025:
