New York Jets schedule: Games, dates, TV channels, predictions for 2025 season

The debates and concerns surrounding air traffic control have ramped up in recent months. And as Real ID becomes a real pain for some travelers, it's a mystery why these issues are all suddenly getting everyone's attention.
Outdated equipment, poor staffing and a lack of communication has been plaguing the New York Jets for years.
After all, that's why they own the longest playoff drought in the NFL at 14 seasons and counting. Not even one of Woody Johnson's Band-Aids can fix the mess created in Florham Park, New Jersey. They've certainly tried.
Between big spending in free agency, star-hunting and more, the Jets have attempted just about every solution under the sun. Seemingly everything except logic and patience, of course.
That's what Aaron Glenn and Darren Mougey have promised as the latest regime installed for the green-and-white. They have eyed a build that stabilizes the trenches, highlighted by their selection of tackle Armand Membou in the first round of the 2025 NFL Draft.
The duo, to this point, hasn't been about stealing headlines and dominating talk radio. There is no fancy slogan and no loudmouth bravado in the media – just a repeated desire to win games.
Maybe the Jets will win games. Maybe they won't. If nothing else, they are preparing for an 18-week slate that at least promises to be different. Here's a look at the Jets regular season schedule for 2025.

Jets record prediction 2025
Record prediction: 6-11
Normally the Jets are big spenders after hiring a new coach and general manager. That wasn't the case this year as New York opted to avoid big contracts and long-term commitments in free agency.
They instead focused on the draft and improving the roster around the edges. That might not translate to jersey sales and prime real estate on the back pages, but these moves typically translate to wins if done right.
Glenn's team should pack plenty of attitude and will likely be more competitive than people think.
However, this season all rests on the arm of Justin Fields and the mind of Tanner Engstrand. The new offensive coordinator is tasked with reviving Fields' career in the same way that the Lions did for Jared Goff.
Fields already has the running ability. If he can get better as a passer, things could get interesting for Glenn and co.
These are the Jets and things like that don't typically happen for this team.
"Gang Green" figures to be a frisky bunch, but the playoffs might have to wait for another year. If things go right, and that's a big question, they could sneak into a playoff spot.
History tells us that is a long shot, even if they might be on the right track.
