What was Marvin Lewis thinking on 4th down call?

Bengals coach Marvin Lewis cut his post-game press conference short after being asked why he went for it on 4th down during his team's loss to the Steelers Sunday afternoon. 

What was his thinking on that play?

"To score a touchdown," Lewis deadpanned, according to video from the Q&A session. "I mean come on."

He laughed and stepped away from the microphone.

"Anything else?" he asked before heading for the door. 

The Bengals are now 2-4 this season.
