Ryan calls BS on himself, says he doesn't have 'sources' inside Patriots ' building

Rex Ryan just can't get over himself.

Still beaming after Sunday's 16-0 victory over the New England Patriots, Ryan felt the need to clarify he really didn't have a "source" in the Patriots building.

Like anyone believed him to start.

Anyway, Rex left no doubt on Monday, a day after saying he knew rookie Jacoby Brissett would start at QB because he was told during the week by "my sources inside the Patriots building" fessed up to the truth.

“Absolutely [I had sources], as far as you guys know,”  said Ryan, according to reports out of Orchard Park, N..Y.   “That's just great, because, man, I stirred the pot. Because you know they’re sitting back and going, ‘Who is it? Who is it?’ I was B.S.-ing the whole time.

“If people were worried about it, that’s awesome. That’s good. Let them think they got [someone inside].”

He was smiling.

And we're happy he cleared that up for everyone.
