LeSean McCoy's ex-girlfriend accuses Bills RB of physical abuse in amended lawsuit

The ex-girlfriend of LeSean McCoy alleges for the first time that the Buffalo Bills running back was "physically abusive” toward her, according to a new court filing in Georgia.

Delicia Cordon, who was assaulted in July in a home owned by McCoy, originally sued him in August, alleging that McCoy "aggressively" physically disciplined his son and "brutally beat his dog.” The original lawsuit also claimed that McCoy was liable for the assault because he had changed the security system that "effectively left (Cordon) and her minor children defenseless in their own home."

The amended complaint, filed in State Court of Fulton County on Tuesday, included claims of domestic violence.

“McCoy is extremely strong and was heavy-handed,” Cordon's attorney, Tanya Mitchell Graham, wrote in the new complaint. “He would often grab (Cordon) in a manner that was painful and would leave (Cordon’s) skin reddened. McCoy did not care who was around when he would become enraged. McCoy once physically kicked (Cordon) out of the bed."

The lawsuit, which seeks "no less than" $10 million, cites infliction of emotional distress, negligence and assault among the counts.

Graham has offered a $40,000 reward for any information related to the July home invasion, which remains under investigation by police in Milton, Ga.

A message left with the NFL by Paste BN Sports on Wednesday was not immediately returned.

McCoy on Wednesday said he "had been claiming innocence since Day 1" and would not continue to address the allegations.

"I can't control that," McCoy said, according to ESPN. "All I can do is just focus in on my team, try to get better and let the things off the field take care of themselves."
