Memorabilia, other items allegedly stolen from home of late NFL receiver Demaryius Thomas
The Georgia home of late NFL wide receiver Demaryius Thomas was broken into and three individuals were charged with criminal trespass, according to police documents obtained by Paste BN Sports.
Police arrived at Thomas' former residency in Roswell, Georgia, last Sunday morning, March 13, three months after his death at 33 following an apparent seizure. Katina Smith, Thomas' mother, had alerted police that people were using the home due to social media posts from her son's friends, according to the investigation report.
At least eight people were inside the home, police said. A gun magazine was found inside the pool room.

A former financial adviser for Thomas told police the locks to the home had been changed shortly after his memorial service in December and that ownership of the home would be turned over to Smith and Thomas' father, the incident report said.
Several items were stolen from the home, Smith alleged in her police report. The items include: his 2012 ESPY Award he shared with Tim Tebow for "Best Moment," a signed Tom Brady jersey, several guns, a hyperbaric chamber and thousands of dollars in cash. No formal charges have been filed in regard to the missing items. The theft investigation is ongoing, police told Atlanta radio station 95.5 WSB; Jones was listed as a suspect in the theft incident report.
The three individuals charged with criminal trespass were Vashone Jones, 29; Perfect Robinson, 27; and Malcom Daniels, 30. Daniels was also arrested for cocaine possession.
Jones is a former Bibb County (Georgia) Sheriff's deputy who, according to Fox local television affiliate WGXA, resigned in 2019 after being arrested for credit card theft. Jones told police he used to live at the residence and was a caretaker for Thomas, who was battling seizures before his death, his family said. Jones posted a $2,000 bail and was released after one night in custody, per Fulton County jail records.
